From Hiroshima to Fukushima and back was written by Associate Professor Tilman Ruff and published in the Kyodo News on 19 March 2011 in the wake of the Japan earthquake, tsunami and subsequent nuclear crisis. A/Prof Ruff also appeared on Channel Nine's Today program discussing the dangers of radiation following a nuclear accident.
