Managing resources and implementing policy
Collaborative projects, research and capacity building activities to assist national and sub-national (province, district) health service managers manage their resources and implement national policies.
Recent activities include the Australia-Indonesia Partnership on Maternal and Neonatal Health in eastern Indonesia, collaborative research with the Provincial Health Office in Aceh to develop a primary health care (PHC) health service costing and budgeting tool, and technical support (program design and implementation advice) for Health System Strengthening programs in Cambodia.
