Preparation of Phase 2 Funding Application for Round 7 HIV/AIDS Grants
Description: The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) is a non-profit foundation, established in January 2002 to attract, manage and disburse large amounts of additional financing to support locally-driven strategies to combat AIDS, TB and malaria. The Global Fund allocates funding through proposal rounds. In Cambodia, GFATM has approved proposals submitted during the first, second, fourth and fifth rounds. The purpose of this activity was to provide technical assistance to the Country Coordinating Committee for the GFATM Cambodia to prepare a final submission of funding applications for Round 7 HIV/AIDS grants.

Preparation of Phase 2 Funding Application for Round 4 HIV/AIDS and Malaria Grants
Description:The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) is a non-profit foundation, established in January 2002 to attract, manage and disburse large amounts of additional financing to support locally-driven strategies to combat AIDS, TB and malaria. The Global Fund allocates funding through proposal rounds. In Cambodia, GFATM has approved proposals submitted during the first, second, fourth and fifth rounds. The purpose of this activity was to work in close collaboration with the Principal Recipient?s M&E, procurement and finance teams, to oversee the preparation process for Phase 2 funding applications to GFATM. The objective of this activity is to generate two Round 4 Phase 2 request documents (HIV/AIDS, Malaria).

Mid-Term Evaluation of Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) Round 1 and 2
Description:The GFATM was set up in January 2002 to make additional resources available as quickly as possible to scale up the fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Cambodia has successfully secured GFATM funding for proposals submitted for the first, second and fourth rounds. The Ministry of Health is the Principal Recipient (PR) and KPMG Cambodia is the Local Fund Agent (LFA). This mid-term evaluation was conducted to assess, determine and report on GFATM program inputs, processes, accomplishments and lessons learnt and to make recommendation to the Principal Recipient and the Country Coordination Committee (Mechanism) of Cambodia (CCC) for the next stages of the program implementation.
